1. How do I find my ring size?

For accurate sizing at home, please refer to our detailed Sizing Guide or order our reusable Ring Sizer.

2. How do I clean my GL.rareness jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend gentle cleaning with a soft, dry cloth. Our fashion jewelry features 18k Gold or Rhodium plating over brass. Please note that with continuous wear, plating can naturally fade over time, which is unavoidable with any plated jewelry.

To prolong the life of your pieces, we recommend being cautious and avoiding contact with soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products. We suggest removing your jewelry before washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling your hair. When not in use, store your jewelry in a safe, dry place, such as a jewelry pouch or a lined box.

3. How to track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the system. You can use this number to monitor the current status and location of your package.

4. What is your return policy?

5. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@glrareness.com with your order number. Please note that once an order enters the processing stage, cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we do! We stand behind the quality of our pieces. We guarantee your jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects for six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or failed repair attempts. Please also note that it does not cover purchases made from online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers. 

7. Can I change my shipping address or order details?

Please review your order and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact us at sales@glrareness.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made once processing has begun.

8. I believe my jewelry has a manufacturing defect.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please email us at sales@glrareness.com. A member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
