Returns

1. We are pleased to offer two convenient return options:

Option 1: Ship Your Own Return
You may ship your return parcel to a designated address in your country at your own cost. Please note that GL.rareness does not provide a shipping label for this option.

Option 2: Use Our Pre-Paid Label
We can create a return label for your convenience. A flat rate of $15 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Within 14 days of receipt

  • No signs of use (including perfume, scents, scratches, etc.)

  • All original packaging included

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Note: Returns of earrings will not be accepted due to hygiene concerns.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@glrareness.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a pre-paid shipping label.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 weeks after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or size, please follow our return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.


Refunds 

 • Processed within fourteen (14) business days after we receive and inspect the item
• Refund goes to your original payment method; bank processing may take extra time

Important Notes 
• Check your items immediately upon receipt 
• Non-returnable items : earrings (hygiene reasons), sale items, custom/personalized products
