For Customers in the United States

1. Where does GL.rareness ship?
We ship to customers across the United States directly from our local warehouse in Willimantic.

2. How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. Express shipping is available for an additional $20 USD.

3. Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
No. For US customers, no additional tariffs, duties, or import taxes will be applied upon delivery. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.

4. How long will delivery take?
Items from our Ready to Ship collection are processed and dispatched from our Willimantic warehouse within 2–3 business days. 

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we assure you that we are working diligently to expedite your order. Thank you for your patience.

Kindly verify that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to a reshipment fee.

For International Customers (Outside the US)

1. Where does GL.rareness ship?
We currently ship to 33 countries worldwide. For international orders, shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong:

North America: Canada, Mexico, United States

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia,Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Asia:  Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, India

Middle East: United Arab Emirates

2. How much does shipping cost?

• Asia: Free shipping (no minimum purchase required)
• All other International destinations: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping on orders $120 USD+.

3. Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be levied by the destination country upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 

4. How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary by region. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping durations.

Need it sooner? Express shipping is just $20 USD more at checkout.
